Are you ready to leverage the world’s largest business database to build a powerful personal brand…without selling your soul to the AI-obsessed and ultra-templatized “ghostwriter” slop brigade? Keep your eyeballs glued to this page and I will explain why this is not just possible, but close to inevitable with the right approach to organic content – and the proper knowledge and experience of the LinkedIn platform itself.
Kind Words From Our Clients:
“Kyam and his team are awesome. They’ve helped me sell more products, get more inbound leads, and grow my following. They do all the work for me, so I can focus on other things in my business. And they just “get it.” I have very few, if any edits. The whole process is very hands off. I’d highly recommend working with Kyam if you want to take your organic social game to the next level.”
Chris Orzechowski
Direct Response Copywriter & Notorious Kielbasa Salesman
“Kyam & Chris have directly led to me adding $13k in MRR from LinkedIn and grown my account from 2,900 to 7k+ followers. Most ghostwriters struggle to dial in the voice of their clients, these guys have it made for me – and SEO is not an easy concept to write about. I think about LinkedIn maybe 2x a week and I routinely book calls and sign clients from it, can’t recommend them enough.”

If you’re anything like our roster of clients, you may be familiar with these challenges:
❌ You know your personal brand should be a powerful asset for closing new deals and making high-value connections, but you don’t have the bandwidth to publish high quality content on a consistent basis.
❌ You’re spending time and energy posting content, but not getting and tangible results for your trouble, and you want to improve reach, growth, and engagement
❌ You’ve attempted to work with other content agencies, freelancers, or copywriting partners, but haven’t found anyone who “gets it” enough to develop a working relationship that both “feels right” and gets results.
Nice pain points bro, but what actual results come from building a high-quality LinkedIn presence?
✅ You get more clients, add more subscribers, and build stronger industrywide influence by tapping into the largest professional business database on Earth as a source of leads.
✅ You move prospects through the sales cycle faster, so you get these clients and subscribers with less effort than ever before.
✅ You get a silly number of eyeballs on your profile, capture mindshare from your competition, and position yourself as the foremost authority in your industry instead of feeling sidelined or like you need to “catch up” to your competitors.
WARNING: Seeking outside help for something as personal as social media content is not all sunshine and rainbows. This goes double on LinkedIn where you are required to use your real name and picture. I don’t intend to frame our service as a “magic pill” or claim there are no potential risks or downsides to outsourcing your own content. “I need content help” is not an easy problem to solve.
The #1 Reason NOT to Outsource Your Social Media Content
We’ve all seen the seasoned, accomplished founders and executives with decades of insight and real-world acumen…
Whose LinkedIn presence feels campy, bland, and completely disconnected from their real-world impact.
And while posting cringeworthy content still isn’t a crime in most territories, the destructive effects of posting bad content run much deeper than a bit of secondhand embarrassment:
Bad content ruins your reputation, alienates your high-value connections, and kills any possibility that you’ll get real, tangible value from the copious amounts of high-quality traffic that these platforms have spent billions to cultivate.
The worst part:
A lot of the people who end up nuking their reputations on social media aren’t even to blame for their own demise.
Because almost no serious person wakes up in the morning and says:
“Gee, what a great day to post corny, embarrassing content on LinkedIn!”
The truth is a good portion of these founders and executives you see posting less-than-stellar content are not, in fact, posting their own content.
They’re using ghostwriters, content agencies, or cheap hired help to keep their online presence alive (if you can even call destroying your brand with horrible content “alive”).
These ghostwriters and social media managers promise the world, but underdeliver when it’s time to publish.
And the results tend to be more efficient at cheapening your hard-earned social capital than getting any positive result.
So, why are so many ghostwriters and content agencies shipping less-than-stellar work?
Because they ignore core fundamentals in favor of shortcut tactics like:
❌ Lame, templatized, and AI-generated content that strips away any trace of your unique voice and perspective, turning your real-world expertise into forgettable slop
❌ Purchasing followers (almost always comprised of legions of bot accounts), creating an illusion of influence that isn’t reflected in day-to-day engagement
❌ Pressuring you to buy into posting so-called “viral potential” content, ignoring your valuable idiosyncrasies and failing to tap into the highest yield audience segment for your specific goals
This hackjob approach to building a platform has but one reliable outcome: the wholesale cheapening of your name and reputation, executed in public and laid bare for anyone to see.
I’m not saying cheaper, wide-net engagement style audience building tactics are “wrong”.
I’m saying they have huge downsides — and they often don’t turn into tangible assets that increase your real-world leverage.
And if you’ve considered outsourcing content before, you might think “becoming a guru” or posting a bunch of engagement bait is par for the course.
But it turns out, you don’t have to cheapen your image to win on social media.
In fact, when your content truly reflects the sophistication of your expertise – when you publish high-quality content that resonates but still feels like you – it transforms your social media platform from a regrettable necessity into a powerful networking mechanism and a tangible business asset.
Suddenly, your business is booming, your offers are selling themselves, and you’ve cemented your influence within your industry.
You simply won’t get the same results by throwing caution to the wind and posting whatever flavor-of-the-week “viral template” is going around right now.
Because industry leaders don’t join conversations.
They create them.

But…why should you trust us with your voice? And how are we different from the swathes of other ghostwriters and content agencies happily publishing engagement bait on behalf of their clients?
After helping dozens of business owners build their LinkedIn presence—from scrappy service business founders to M&A advisors—we’ve built a rock solid system to transform your deep expertise into an influential brand.
And unlike traditional agencies that rely on templates and overseas content mills, our battle-tested content system is built from raw on-platform posting experience.
Why We Reject the “Template Approach”
We’ve done years of grunt work learning exactly how successful operators think and communicate, so we ask the right questions on Day 1. Our interview process has been painstakingly refined to unlock your most valuable insights and uncover the ideal positioning for your content in the public square.
And even after creating thousands of posts published across dozens of industries, we still prefer to build each client’s strategy from the ground up. Plug-and-play templates be damned.
Your content strategy is 100% bespoke, as it should be.
We don’t need slick “hacks” or shortcuts to transform your account into a powerful authority platform…
Because we do the ongoing work of making sure we’re tapping into the exact market segments that will be highest yield for you and your business.
Then, we plug you into the proven system we’ve developed over 3+ years and 25+ clients.
This entire approach can be reduced to 1 simple statement:
Social media is not a game of “quality vs quantity”.
It’s both, all the time, forever.
This is why sitting around and cranking out low-effort, templatized content feels good in the short term…
But often doesn’t get you more clients, more subscribers, more speaking gigs, or more actual influence in the real world.
Our approach is designed to multiply your anecdotes and insights so we post a high volume of content without sacrificing quality.
And since this “multiplication” is done on an angle and messaging basis rather than run through a generic template process, we get much higher quality feedback on what’s working and start getting tangible results, fast. Example:
- You send us a nuanced 3-minute voice note on one topic
- We realize there are 3 different hook angles to explore on this topic
- There are also 2 or 3 main takeaways that could apply to different scenarios
- Your voice note illustrates a few key points about why your approach differs from the conventional wisdom in your market
Just like that, we have 10 different post ideas.
Before you know it, those 10 posts are in your Client Portal, waiting for you to click “approve” — and all it took was a quick voice note.
Every fragment of your anecdotes and insight – passed through our team of veteran writers – cascades into content that commands attention and drives real-world opportunity.
And Since We Take Care of 95% of the Grunt Work, Our Creative Partnership Never Feels Like Homework
You’ll never spend more than twenty minutes bi-weekly on approvals, yet you’ll maintain complete control over everything we publish.
Share detailed thoughts or simply approve our work—our custom client portal keeps your input time low without sacrificing control or flexibility.
All that said, let’s dive into the full process…
How We Work
1. We start with an in-depth interview to get your entire “origin story”.
This is where we familiarize ourselves with your personality, brand, and business. Our clients have a lot of fun on these calls.
NOTE: This is NOT a scenario where we “outsource the work to the client”. We do the heavy lifting and ask targeted questions to uncover everything we need to know.
This call allows us to get a deep understanding of you as a person, your business, how you operate, how you’re different from the competition, what makes you stand out, your unique perspectives, and any other interesting tidbits that may inform how we should create your content.
We also talk in great detail about who you want to be publishing for, which is informed by a combination of your ideal outcome and your current skillset and market positioning.
2. After our call, we start building your foundational content strategy.
This is where we organize your ideas and insights to answer one main question:
→ What are you willing to go to bat for?
What information are you ready, willing, and able to defend out on the Battleground of Ideas? Great content is NEVER lukewarm, and posting tepid takes won’t get us anywhere.
Your Repository of Defensible Positions will outline specific topics, key stories, and core ideas you want to be known for. This is the most important “living asset” of our working relationship, and we build upon it every single time we talk to you. The utility of this approach is compounding, and as we get to know your brand better, these asset get more and more powerful.
This process helps us create content that represents your voice and expertise and resonates with your ideal audience by taking real stances instead of posting tepid nonsense.
3. Next, we go into a deep market research phase.
Once our kickoff call is in the bank and our Repository of Defensible Positions is started, our hyper obsessive writers research the intersection of your specific industry and the organic content marketplace at large to gather info and data on which angles seem to be resonating — and which gaps your specific expertise can fill.
COMMON MISCONCEPTION: “Our niche is too small for organic content!” It is true that the larger and more “wide net” your industry, the better chance you have of sparking debate and thus rising above the noise. However, the more specialized your industry, the better chance you have of creating a “category of one” and becoming the spearhead of the entire narrative. Small niches can be just as lucrative on social media as massive markets.
Once our research phase is complete, we then cross-reference what we’ve learned with our kickoff assets, which directly informs the angles that will be high yield to test on our first month of content.
4. Within five business days of your kickoff call, we ship your first 10 to 15 posts for approval.
From here, the process is as hands off as possible for you, and we take over the daily work. We write your posts, schedule them at optimal times, and monitor what’s connecting with your audience.
We prioritize speed to implementation to open a feedback loop between you and your audience as fast as possible.

This client had 10 pieces of content submitted, approved, and scheduled out less than 8 hours after our kickoff call.
5. Revisions on our work are unlimited…and rare.
We suggest you budget anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour a week for approvals during our first month working together. This way, we get into a groove and figure out your personal preferences as fast as possible. After this initial period, content approvals tend to take 15-30 minutes per week, with about 50% of our clients requesting a “no approvals needed” process within the first 60 days of our working relationship.
NOTE: Content approvals shouldn’t be painful or feel like homework. We designed a custom client portal to make sure the process is fast and simple. You can “one click approve” any post, add notes for revisions, or even make changes to the content itself inside our system. One-click approvals are by far the most common feedback, and the entire process has been called a “breath of fresh air” by our clients who’ve worked with other content services.
6. We look beyond basic metrics to analyze what’s working.
Once we’ve published content on a consistent basis for 1-2 months, we’ll see clear indicators of which content topics and angles are overperforming. We take a hard look at the quality of conversations in your replies, who you’re gathering as followers, and what off-platform results we’re seeing across your funnel.
Consistent posting opens a feedback loop which allows us to adjust our strategy in real time, double down on what’s working, and modify our approach based on actual business outcomes.
7. From here, our main priority is to keep your queue loaded with high-quality posts.
To this end, we aim to get on at least one 45 minute call every two weeks — just so we can make sure that we have enough post ammunition. That said, many clients prefer to work async, where we review performance and gather fresh stories and insights via Slack messages and voice notes.
Either way, we discuss what’s working, what opportunities we’re seeing, and how to align your content with your current objectives. No matter what, we check in with you at least once a week to let you know how things are going.

More Kind Words From Our Clients:
“I hate writing for social media and I’m not good at it. Because of this I was always very inconsistent, and when I did post I wouldn’t get any reach or engagement. I hired Kyam after being referred by a friend. My first month generated more impressions than the entire year months prior. The best decision I ever made was to hire an expert and let them do their job VS trying to figure out something I don’t like doing. All of the words and opinions are mine, Kyam structures & curates my raw thoughts, then and I review/approve them. I highly recommend working with him if you want to publish consistent, high-quality content on socials.”
Zack Miller
Founder, @growthzacks
“I admit I jumped into Kyam’s LinkedIn service with extremely low expectations, but in less than a week his team had written me 30+ pieces of content. And it was actually good. Within 2 weeks of posting, they added several hundred followers to my account and I booked a handful of sales calls into my calendar straight from the platform. I was skeptical of the lead quality at first, but it turned out they were all qualified. Your mileage may vary, but Kyam and his team are the real deal. If you need help with LinkedIn, get in touch with the Ky Guy ASAP.”
Dillon Andrew
Founder, Niche Capital
“I can’t say enough good things about working with Calvert and Son. They took my LinkedIn and newsletter from basic to fantastic. I had a hard time generating new content ideas and was constantly straddling between writing/researching and actually working in my business. They really got what makes our business tick and brought that out in the writing. The team was great to work with – super responsive and actually listened to what I wanted. If you’re looking to level up your online presence, these are your people.”

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
We have a few different service tiers depending on your business type which average out to around $2,000 per month.
So, you write the content AND post it?
Yes, we create all the content on a 100% done-for-you basis. We have a custom backend which integrates with Buffer to facilitate posting with no input required from your end. Approve the posts and we take care of the rest.
How do you maintain authenticity at scale?
Our interview process is designed specifically for sophisticated professionals. We don’t just capture “what you know” — we spend a lot of time and energy to understand how you think. This allows us to create authentic content that reflects your real expertise and perspectives.
What makes your team qualified to represent my expertise?
Put simply, we are the best in the business.
Our writers aren’t run-of-the-mill “social media experts” – we all have extensive experience in sophisticated businesses across B2B, finance, M&A, and many other professional services.
We’ve written for founders, executives, and industry experts who can’t afford to publish generic nonsense under their name (and in some cases, would risk losing their licenses or important credentials or even invite legal action against themselves if they posted bad info).
Do you promise I’ll go viral?
No, we don’t make any broad or sweeping guarantees on virality. It’s not a good business practice and never ends well for the client or service provider. The notion that there are so-called “viral frameworks” which can be replicated is, at best, a half-truth. I can make you viral tomorrow – all we need to do is go to the grocery store and film you slapping an old lady. Effective, but not useful.
That said, we’ve achieved plenty of viral posts in different niches, totally hundreds of millions of impressions and engagements for our clients. Plus, we’ve helped dozens of clients go “industry viral” — even in so-called “hard” niches like accounting and finance, M&A, software development, and many more.
How do I know this will work for me?
If you book into our calendar and we think your business or expertise is somehow NOT conducive to our service offer, we will reach out and let you know before we waste time on a zoom call.
What happens if my goals change or I need to shift topics?
Our approach is adaptable by design. Whether you’re looking to attract customers, position for an exit, build thought leadership as pure social capital, or move from one industry to another, our workflow is nimble. You’ll never feel “boxed in” to one content approach.
A quick face-to-face is all we need to get started.

Case Study:
SEO Agency Owner gains 4,000+ Followers & adds $13k+ in recurring monthly revenue in ~6 months

First revenue qualified lead after years of attempting to use the platform on his own.

First lead from above turns to $12k contract closed.

Prospect says his “name is plastered everywhere” as a result of consistent, targeted posting.

Another inbound lead closed.

Content so good, Google engineers read it and recommend you to their friends.

LinkedIn leads contribute to record revenue month.

We started work in late August, and it shows.
“Kyam & Chris have directly led to me adding $13k in recurring revenue from LinkedIn and grown my account from 2,900 to 7k+ followers. Most ghostwriters struggle to dial in the voice of their clients, these guys have it made for me – and SEO is not an easy concept to write about.”
Case Study: Marketing Agency Owner gets 4 million+ impressions, gains 2,000+ followers in less than 90 days

The best client feedback comes in meme form.

~7k engagements and 278 reposts never hurt a bit.

Another thousand engagements = another ten thousand eyeballs on your profile.

A more niche-viral post with a few hundred solid engagements.

And a basic “outlier” showing that we do not, in fact, flip a magic “viral switch”…even though it may feel like we have that power at times.
Case Study: Accounting Firm gains 1,500+ Followers, adds ~500 newsletter subscribers, and goes “mini viral” on 2 profiles in ~3 months

He thought 100k views on one post in the accounting niche was crazy…

And it was awesome to go from a dead account to being able to see “smaller” posts going north of 20k impressions on a regular basis…

Heck, this client was more than satisfied with 200k eyeballs on himself and his business (he even landed a podcast appearance within a couple weeks of posting). Oh, and I forgot to mention — his partner is also a client. See next photo.

We helped his partner’s profile go parabolic. So much for 200k being a benchmark! 1,000,000+ views in a week for this one account.
